Q.
Tell me about
the Farmington Hills 12U
Tigers. What is the history? |
A.
The
12U Tigers are a second year team that has a
core of players from South Farmington
baseball. The team
finished just under .500 for the 2008 KVBSA
league season, and
represented itself well in
tournament play. The 12U Tigers have a
lot of potential, and
plan to improve tremendously in
the upcoming year with some new additions
and a
continued dedication to working
hard on individual and team skills. |

29 years of baseball experience,
including 13 years of

| Q.
Who are the 12U Tigers assistant
coaches? Are there any professional
coaches? |
A. There are 5 main assistant
coaches with many years of youth coaching experience
between them. All were assistants for
Coach Lantz the past two season. All
parents
are encouraged to help out during
practices, since they are typically organized into
multiple stations that require many to
supervise. There are no full-time professional
instructors on the coaching staff, but they
will be hired to run practices when needed. |
